Most homes need very little beyond a consultation with a house stager and maybe some touch-up paint. Some homes benefit from much more improvement. I have experience in touch-ups and also coordinating many large scale house flips for my Clients. I have a team of contractors and other licensed vendors ready to go to work while I closely manage the process. Together, we will choose updates that will have a great Return on Investment.
